Marynka is known for its short, clean bitterness. This variety was designed for brewers who seek high alpha content, and now used for dry-hopping with great effects. Marynka lets off an aroma that consists of grapefruit, citrus, licorice, hay and aniseed. This variety is very popular and is a dual-purpose variety.

  • alpha acids: 6,2-8,5%

  • beta acids: 2,7%

  • cohumulone: 1,6%

  • total oil: 1,7 ml / 100 g

  • myrcene: 42,6%

  • humulene: 10,4%

  • caryophylene:  6,3%
