Description: Izabella was resurrected in 1988 to fulfill the demand of having more high-alpha varieties. This variety has a unique history

Features: Citrus, piney, and fresh aromatics.

Beer styles: Goes well in most every style of beer. Aromas are slow to release, sometimes up to 3 weeks after brewing.

 Basic characteristics:

·       alpha acids: 4.7% - 6%

·       beta acids: 2.3%

·       total oil: 1.3 ml / 100 g
